This is ageneral chakra balancing group session. Hypno-Chakra Therapy integrates the hypnotic suggestions (suggestions which facilitate what you are desiring to create, release, or heal in your life) into each of your chakras. Each session begins with grounding into Mother Earth while connecting to the Source of All That Is. Hypnotic suggestions related to the intention of the session is then integrated into each of the chakras.
